2014 Grenache Noir

Our first red Rhone release, this Santa Clara Valley fruit was grown in southwest Gilroy. Very small lot of just under one ton of fruit, harvested mid-September 2014, and bottled late 2015. Malolactic fermentation, new French oak, and aged sur lie with batonnage. Only 50 cases produced. Pairs well with meats, mushrooms, eggplant dishes, and manchego cheese.
