Celebrate the flavors of February with a night made for food lovers, wine lovers, and anyone who simply loves a great experience. Sip and Sushi returns with a special winter edition featuring beautifully crafted dishes, cozy seasonal flavors, and elegant wine pairings from Lion Ranch Vineyards and Winery.

This curated evening showcases an 8–10 course omakase style menu designed by the chefs at Sushi Confidential, highlighting pristine seafood, premium meats, and late winter produce. Expect a mix of delicate and decadent — bright sashimi, warm comfort dishes, and signature creations that make Sip and Sushi a guest favorite month after month.

Each course will be paired with wines from Lion Ranch Vineyards and Winery, a local San Martin standout known for Rhône varietals, expressive whites, and bold reds that shine beautifully in cooler months. These pairings bring depth, warmth, and a touch of romance to the entire evening.
