Primary Nose:Honeysuckle, white peach, dried fruit, toasted flour
Secondary Nose: vanilla, cream, bergamot
General Comments: Light, refreshing, lush layered fruity nose, balanced with crisp almost green apple acidity.
Paring Suggestions: Roast salmon, roasted cauliflower, entree salads, salsa verde.
Don’t remove this one from the table too early - try it the rest of the bottle (if there is any left!) with a fruit galette for dessert.
