2017 Viognier
This single varietal is a unique blend of two styles of fermentation; 55% direct press, traditional white wine fermentation, blended with 45% skin contact fermentation (more typical in red wines, sometimes known as "orange wine"), and just lightly filtered. The combination offers a bigger, bolder style wine. Strong enough to drink alone or pair with hard cheeses and nuts, Thai coconut soups or green curry.
