General Comments: An elegant & classic representative of Viognier style. Inviting aromatic nose, balanced sweetness and acidity, and a smooth slightly mineral finish combine in an expressive and versatile wine. This estate bottling is about two-thirds direct press Viognier blended with one-third skin contact fermented Viognier, with a small amount of Grenache Blanc.
80% direct press, blended with 20% skin contact fermentation. Stainless steel, full malolactic, aged sur lie with batonnage.
