2018 Estate Five Lions
Our first estate red cuvée, comprised of 51% Grenache Noir, 35% Mourvedre, 8% Syrah, 5% Cinsault, 1% Counoise. Each varietal was fermented in small lots, punched down by hand, extended maceration, malolactic fermentation, and aged sur lie with batonnage and new French oak for 18 months. 225 cases produced. 92 Points Wine Enthusiast
