2019 Estate Grenache Noir
Our first Estate Grenache Noir, this Santa Clara Valley fruit was grown right here in view from the tasting room. This Grenache is blended with additional estate grown fruit; 10% Syrah, 5% Cinsault, and 5% skin-fermented Viognier, proving more layers and depth to the aromas and flavors.
Harvested October 2019, aged with new French oak, bottled May 2021, and released December 2021. Full malolactic fermentation and aged sur lie with batonnage. 225 cases produced. Pairs well with meats, mushrooms, eggplant dishes, and manchego cheese. 91 Points Wine Enthusiast
