2019 Estate Six Lions

This estate red cuvée is comprised of 47% Mourvedre, 17% Grenache Noir,  16% Syrah, 8% Cinsault, 6% Counoise, 6% Viognier. Each varietal was fermented in small lots, punched down by hand,  extended maceration, malolactic fermentation, and aged sur lie with batonnage and new French oak for 18 months. 225 cases produced. 90 Points Wine Enthusiast
