2021 Cuvée Blanc

This 2021 Estate Cuvée Blanc is a special belnd of our estate Roussanne (55%), and estate Grenache Blanc (23%), and estate skin-fermented Viognier (22%). Each component was fermented in small lots, then blended. This is our premier expression of the estate vineyard, a tribute to the wines of Chateauneuf du Pape. 100 cases produced.
