2021 Estate Grenache Noir
This vintage includes Grenache Noir, with 9% Syrah, and small amounts of Muscardin, Terret Noir, Vaccarese, Cinsault and Counoise.
Harvested October 2021, whole cluster fermntation, punched down by hand 2-3 times per day. Full malolactic fermentation and aged sur lie with batonnage with new French oak.
Bottled May 2023, and released October 2024. 230 cases produced.
Try enjoying this with kebabs and Moroccan spiced couscous, roasted pork belly with brussel sprouts, or a mushroom risotto.
